About EuroFEL
EuroFEL is part of the ESFRI Roadmap since 2006. The preparatory phase of EuroFEL (IRUVX-PP) prepared the establishment of the EuroFEL Consortium to link FEL & SPS facilities in Europe closer together. IRUVX-PP has been funded by the European Commission under FP7 from April 2008 to March 2011.

WP5 - Communication and Dissemination

WP5-Wiki

Objectives:

The objective of this work package is to develop the necessary tools for the EuroFEL Consortium to allow efficient communication between the individual member facilities and to be visible and conveniently accessible to the European research community. A concept for a central EuroFEL website will be developed, legal and financial issues of its operation will be clarified, and a prototype website will be implemented which will also include the entrance to the “intranet” of the consortium. The intranet is a protected website which will be used for internal communication and for supporting the transfer of knowledge within the EuroFEL Consortium. In order to increase the visibility of the distributed EuroFEL facility in the European research community, common public relations material and a concept to reach new users will be developed. Together with WP2 a special page for the central website will be designed and material generated giving information about the new radiation sources and their application for new research opportunities. All sub-work packages of WP5 will strongly interact with the other work packages.
